Shipping + Returns


All Shipping costs are calculated at shipping. We ship via USPS. Once your package has been shipped, we will send out an email with your tracking number included. If you have not received a tracking number, please send us an email with your order number. 

Once your order leaves our facility, La Fumé is not responsible for delayed transit times and/or damaged products. We triple check each product before carefully packaging to ensure we never be the reason for a damaged product.

Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible. If for any reason your product is delayed or lost, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.  

Please be sure to double check your address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If your package is "returned to sender", La Fumé is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. 


We do not accept returns.


If for any reasons, you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will work to resolve this error.


If your product is delivered damaged, please email with a picture of the damaged product(s) within 3 days of receiving. We will work to resolve this error as long as we are notified immediately.
